Subteam settings

Sub-teams allow you to compartmentalize your organization. If you have separate departments, you can create divisions (sub-team) for each of them and only allow certain users in your team to be part of a particular sub-team. To learn more about how to create a team click here.

The admin (see picture below) creates the sub-teams and the groups. Each sub-team has one or many users (affected by the admin). Each user belongs to a group, where permissions (privileges) are assigned by the admin.

Remark

  • In addition to the admin, any user with the sub-team admin right is also able to create sub-teams and to affect permissions to other users.
  • Only an admin or a user with a sub-team management permission can create and manage a sub-team.
  • Be sure to always select your sub team before starting to work on your charts.
