Options for point maps
Add/remove data points
Add data points manually if you do not have a data file on hand.
- Enter the location and click Search
- In the next step, the system offers various locations. Choose the most relevant point.
- Click Add data point to map
To remove a data point
- Click the trash can icon next to the place name
Map controller options
The fields in the map controller are connected to columns in the datagrid. For example Latitude values are listed in Column A in the datagrid. Map controller options are locked, meaning there is no option for reassigning the columns in the datagrid using the map controller.
This is possible for some chart types.
Add your own data
Import your own data by pasting into the datagrid or uploading a data file.
