- Can I mix text and data in the same cell?

The cells contain either numbers or text. Examples:

  • Correct: 40
  • Correct: July
  • Not correct: 40 million $ in July

The best way to mix text and number is by using prefix and suffix:

Go to Customize -> Axes (X Axis or Y Axis)-> Axis labels format, then add the signs before or after {value}.

- Can I copy data from a file and paste it into everviz?

Yes, follow these steps to import data from an Excel spreadsheet or any other source:

  1. Copy the data from the Excel spreadsheet. For Mac use Command + C, for Windows use CTRL + C.
  2. Paste the data on any cell into everviz data view. For Mac use Command + V, for Windows use CTRL + V.
